8月27日，第十九届沙利文全球增长、科创与领导力峰会暨第四届新投资大会（以下简称 “2025沙利文新投资大会”或“大会”）在上海静安香格里拉酒店盛大开幕。本届大会由弗若斯特沙利文（Frost & Sullivan，简称：“沙利文”）主办，头豹协办，于2025年8月27日-28日在上海召开，并将于9月19日在成都召开特别活动。大会以“智启新程·共塑全球增长极”为主题，由一场开幕式、八大分论坛及多场主题活动构成。

Economic growth is a long-term theme of human society. According to IMF research from 2023, China, as the world's second-largest economy, each 1 percentage point increase in China's economic growth drives an average 0.3 percentage point increase in other countries' economies. China's long-term, sustained and stable economic growth is one of the greatest benefits to the global economy.
众所周知，近期中国又刚刚启动了一个“史诗级”的重大增长引擎的基建项目——雅鲁藏布江水电工程，该工程将耗资1.2万亿元人民币，相当于再建5个三峡大坝；工程建成后，年发电量将达到每年3,000亿度，将减少9,000万吨标准煤的能耗与排放，降低3亿吨二氧化碳排放。这不仅仅是中国的能源底气，更是中国践行双碳目标的责任与担当。
As we all know, China has recently launched the construction of another monumental epic growth driver, the Yarlung Zangbo River Hydropower Project. This project will require an investment of 1.2 trillion-yuan, equivalent to the combined investment of five Three Gorges Projects. Upon completion, it will generate approximately 300 billion kilowatt-hours annually, reduce standard coal consumption by 90 million tons, and lower carbon dioxide emissions by 300 million tons. This represents not only China's energy foundation for development, but also China's responsible commitment to fulfilling its dual carbon objectives.

今年上半年，香港资本市场集资额再次位列全球第一，我刚才听到念瑞会长讲到了这个事，那么再次彰显了我们中国经济活力与资本市场的弹性、韧性与长期性。
In the first half of this year, Hong Kong's IPO market once again ranked first globally in fundraising. I just heard Chairman Sun Nianrui mentioned this, demonstrating once again the resilience and vitality of China's economy and resilience, flexibility and long-term strength of our capital markets.
