Ni Hao！

你好！

On behalf of the board of directors of Frost & Sullivan, my Partners, and my team here in China, I welcome you all to the 17th Frost & Sullivan Growth, Innovation and Leadership Summit and the 2nd New Investment Expo and even more exciting, the 25th anniversary of Frost & Sullivan.

我谨代表弗若斯特沙利文全球董事会、我的合伙人们以及我在中国的团队，热烈欢迎大家莅临2023第二届新投资博览会暨第十七届沙利文全球增长、科创与领导力峰会，更令人兴奋的是，这也是沙利文大中华区的25周年庆典。

I specifically welcome you on behalf of my strong leader in Greater China, Dr. Neil Wang, who has been very steadfast being our regional leader as well as inspiring our entire team us what we are today.

同时我代表我们大中华区优秀的领导者王昕博士向大家表示欢迎。他始终坚定地担任我们的区域领导者，并激励整个团队取得了今天的成就。

To make today's session is our small way to express our thanks to all of you.

召开今天的会议是我们向大家表达感谢的一个小方式。

So today it's all about you. We would not have been here but for you.Your support, your guidance over the last 25 years have made us what we are today.

今天的一切都是关于你们。没有你们，我们就不会站在这里。是你们过去25年里的支持和指导成就了今天的我们。

and as many of you are business leaders, are investors, you know how difficult it is to survive and thrive in this global economy today.

你们很多人是商界领袖、投资人，你们非常清楚在当今的全球经济中生存和发展是多么困难。

So very very delighted that you all could join us. This is your Celebration as much as our Celebration. So we remain humble and gratitude.

As we look into the future, we will see there will be a lot of transformation.

当我们展望未来，我们能预见许多变革将要发生。

And one thing I can tell you from my experience, have gone through transformation, every transformation, there are incredible opportunities for all of us to take advantage of.

我曾经经历过变革，根据我的经验来看，在每一次变革中，我们所有人都会拥有极好的，可以充分利用的机会。

So we see pretty much every part of the industry, every geography, every strategic imperative is going to get transformed.

因此，我们看到几乎行业中的每个部分、每个地区、每个战略要务都将发生转变。

What that means is a transformation happens, it will open up the opportunities of growth for all of us.

变革的发生将为所有人带来增长机会。

We are now seeing that work is changing. Work was everybody in the office.

Now everybody tends to work in a hybrid or remote. 

现在，大家倾向于混合办公制或远程工作。

So work is changing the way we do our industries, our businesses are changing. So in other words, every industry is going to get transformed.

At this transformation, to a large extent, it could be driven because of technology.

这种转型很大程度上是由技术驱动的。

We are already seeing the initial impact of artificial intelligence.

AI will become part of everything we do now and in the future.

人工智能将融入我们现在和未来所做的一切。

And I think it's important that we all understand it's good to embrace that technology. We live together.

我认为重要的是我们都明白拥抱这项技术是件好事。我们与AI共生。

As you heard from David Frigstad, our Chairman, make technology kept things done for us in a long successful way in the future.

正如沙利文全球董事局主席富大为先生所言，让技术在未来成为给我们带来长期成功的方式。

What makes it even more exciting is the meteoric rise of China and Chinese economy.

更令人兴奋的是中国和中国经济的迅速崛起。

And if you look into the future, you can see the impact of the Chinese economy on global economy.

如果你展望未来，你可以看到中国经济对全球经济的影响。

We are seeing many companies are coming up with incredible products and solutions that I think would address global challenges, whether it's sustainability, whether it's climate control, whether it is cyber security, any number of these things that we will all face in the future.

我们看到许多公司正在推出相当惊艳的产品和解决方案，这些产品和解决方案将解决全球挑战，无论是可持续性、气候控制、网络安全，还是我们未来都会面临的诸多全球共性问题。

We are seeing many companies in China do that.

And I think that means more opportunities for growth, more opportunities to make the lives of people better across the globe.

So, in conclusion, I've got one second time to thank all of you for taking the time to come here. I want you to please join us in this event and please celebrate, please meet and we once again like to thank each and every one of you. Like I said earlier, we would not be here but for you.
