中国生物医药正从“制造国际化”迈向“创新远航”， 原料药及仿制药、生物类似药领域持续向高附加值、高壁垒方向升级；与此同时，创新药在国际化进程中的引领作用正日益凸显，逐步成为驱动行业全球拓展的重要力量。当前，自主国际化、对外授权、收并购等多元模式并行，BD交易规模持续上升，ADC、双抗、多肽等差异化品种成为跨境合作主力，合作方式已从单一产品授权延伸至平台级战略合作，深度融入全球研发分工。尽管面临供应链协同、监管趋严及全球化运营等挑战，但产业结构升级、合规体系日益完善及海外认可度提升等因素正带来战略机遇。未来，凭借高端制造、差异化创新与多区域布局，行业国际化将稳步渐进推进。
China’s biopharmaceutical industry is transitioning from “manufacturing internationalization” toward “innovation-led globalization.” The API, generic drug and biosimilar sectors are continuously upgrading toward higher-value and higher-barrier segments, while innovative medicines are increasingly playing a leading role in internationalization and becoming a key driver of global expansion. Currently, multiple pathways, including independent global development, out-licensing and acquisitions, are advancing in parallel. Cross-border BD activities continue to grow, with differentiated modalities such as ADCs, bispecific antibodies and peptides emerging as major areas of collaboration. Partnership models are evolving from single-product licensing toward platform-based strategic collaborations, enabling deeper integration into the global R&D ecosystem. Despite challenges related to supply chain coordination, increasingly stringent regulatory requirements and global operational capabilities, opportunities are emerging from industrial upgrading, increasingly mature compliance systems and growing international recognition of Chinese biopharmaceutical innovation. Going forward, the industry is expected to achieve steady and progressive international growth, driven by advanced manufacturing capabilities, differentiated innovation and multi-regional global deployment.
