日前，由弗若斯特沙利文（Frost & Sullivan，简称：“沙利文”）主办，头豹协办的2024第十八届沙利文中国增长、科创与领导力峰会暨第三届新投资大会在上海静安瑞吉酒店成功举办。本届沙利文新投资大会以“凝新聚力·质赢未来”为主题，汇聚全球产业界、学术界、投资界的智慧与力量，共同探讨新时代下中国经济的新增长点、新市场、新赛道。

Welcome everybody. I'm very proud to welcome you to this year's 18th Growth Innovation and Leadership Summit Shanghai China.

大家好！我很荣幸地欢迎大家参加今年在上海举行的第十八届沙利文增长、科创与领导力峰会（简称GIL峰会）。

I'm sorry I'm not there with you but I'm with you in spirit.

很遗憾我没能亲临现场，但我与大家心连心。

And I'm so grateful that we're all here together on this record-breaking GIL event.

我非常感激我们能在这场创纪录的GIL盛会上相聚一堂。

Exciting about this year's GIL event is what's going on in the global economy, which we call the Intelligence Revolution.

今年GIL峰会令人振奋的是全球经济正在经历的变革，我们称之为智能革命。

And the first part of history was really shaped by the Industrial Revolution that took about 150 years and it had about a thousand to one impact on productivity.

历史的前半部分是由历时约150年的工业革命塑造的，它对生产力产生了千倍的影响。

What we're going through right now is the Intelligence Revolution and it'll probably happen in ten years and we'll probably have another thousand percent change in productivity over that period of 10 years which means there's unprecedented opportunities that are bubbling up all over the world.

我们现在正在经历的智能革命，预计将在十年内完成。在这十年里，我们的生产力可能会再增加成百上千倍。这意味着世界各地都涌现出了前所未有的机遇。

And at the same time the incumbent competitors or players in the global economy are at great risk from being hurt by this transformation.

So that’s what the Growth Innovation and Leadership Summit is all about coming together understanding the transformation what are the growth opportunities that are going to stem from the transformation and what are the best practices that we need to embody to beat our toughest competitors.

这正是增长、科创与领导力峰会的意义所在：大家汇聚一堂，去理解这场变革，发现由此产生的增长机会，并探讨我们需要采取的最佳实践，以击败最强大的竞争对手。

So it's very interesting right now because I feel there's unprecedented opportunities for Chinese companies like yours to leverage their skills in manufacturing and best practices as well as the technology integration that's happened so well here in China.

我觉得像在座的中国企业代表都拥有前所未有的机会，可以利用你们在制造业的技能和最佳实践，以及在中国已经非常成功的技术集成。

These can now be taken globally and create fantastic opportunities especially as the world goes through this transformation which is driven by advanced manufacturing, robotics, AI…all of the things that you're integrating now to make you much stronger faster competitors.

这些现在都可以推向全球，并创造出极好的机会，尤其是在世界经历由先进制造、机器人技术、人工智能驱动的转型时，所有这些你们现在正在整合的技术，将使你们成为更强大、更快速的竞争者。

Now to do this you really need to understand not only what's transforming the industry that you're participating in but then creating the ecosystem of the entire value chain.

为了实现这一目标，你们不仅需要理解正在改变你们所参与行业的因素，还需要构建整个价值链的生态系统。

And that's not just the supply chain but it's the customer value chain it's the marketing value chain the technology value chain and who are the right partners that you want to invest in to partner with to develop these opportunities with.

这不仅仅是供应链的问题，还包括客户价值链、营销价值链、技术价值链，以及你们希望投资并与之合作开发这些机会的合适的合作伙伴。

So having a much more global mindset of how you're going to exploit these opportunities around the world.

因此，你们需要具备更加全球化的思维，来考虑如何在全球范围内利用这些机会。

It's really a great great great time for Chinese companies to explore these global opportunities.

对于中国企业来说，现在确实是探索这些全球机会的绝佳时机。
