Aroop Zutshi, Global President, Managing Partner and Executive Board Member of Frost & Sullivan, delivered a keynote speech on transformational growth in the AI era. He pointed out that the deep integration of technology and professional judgment is redefining the consulting industry, as well as how enterprises access growth insights. Companies need to embrace AI with an open mindset, embed it across strategy, brand and organizational operations, and turn tool-level advantages into long-term institutional capabilities. Based on long-term observation of global markets, Zutshi emphasized that Chinese enterprises are undergoing a key transition from "product export" to "brand credibility building", and building world-class brands is a long-term project. He noted that the resilience of China's market comes from the triple strength of its market, industry and talent, and Chinese innovation is shifting from business model innovation to hard technology innovation, and from speed-first to quality-first — laying a solid foundation for Chinese brands to go global. At the Summit, Dr. Neil Wang officially released the White Paper on China's Industry Development Trends in the Next 50 Years (5th Edition), jointly produced by Frost & Sullivan and LeadLeo Research Institute, deconstructing China's industry iteration trajectory and development opportunities from an ultra-long-term perspective. On how enterprises can navigate cycles, he systematically elaborated the "Resilience Triangle (MIT)" — Mission, Innovation and Trust, all three indispensable. He pioneered the core development concept of "AI + HI = CI (Artificial Intelligence + Human Intelligence = Collaborative Intelligence)", proving that deep integration of technological innovation and professional wisdom is the ultimate core driver of long-term global industry growth. He also outlined three long-term directions summarized as "BIG": Branding, Innovation and Globalization, driving Chinese enterprises to move from "Made in China" to "Chinese Brands".

Professor Aggarwal noted that the global economic and trade landscape is undergoing profound adjustment, with regional economic cooperation mechanisms being rapidly restructured, bringing both challenges and new opportunities. Facing the complex and volatile international environment, enterprises need to organically integrate market competition strategies with non-market strategies — while deepening product and market development, proactively strengthen compliance system building, deepen localized operations, and actively participate in industry collaboration and multilateral cooperation to build an integrated, sustainable global business strategy. Drawing on his long-term research experience, Professor Aggarwal advised Chinese enterprises on high-quality "going global": openness and cooperation remain the mainstream of the world economy. Chinese enterprises should approach global expansion with long-termism, integrate into local markets and industrial ecosystems with an open mindset, leverage regional cooperation mechanisms to expand development space, enhance certainty amid uncertainty, and achieve steady and sustainable global growth.
