近年来,学历层级持续抬升,就业市场竞争进一步加剧,学历优势逐渐从“竞争壁垒”转变为“基础门槛”。与此同时,宏观经济向高质量发展转型,新质生产力相关领域成为就业增长的重要方向,推动企业用人标准从学历背景转向专业能力、实践经验与复合素质的综合匹配。在政策支持和产业升级共同作用下,就业市场正由“规模吸纳”进入“结构匹配”阶段。

AI技术冲击下,行研能力的内涵也在发生重构。生成式AI正在替代部分基础信息整理、文本生成和重复性分析工作,使传统基础分析岗位面临一定收缩压力。相比之下,兼具行业理解、商业判断、逻辑分析和AI工具应用能力的复合型人才更具竞争优势。行研能力因广泛应用于金融、咨询、智库、企业战略、投资研究及资本市场等多类场景,正在成为连接产业需求与人才培养的重要能力。

 

 

In recent years, educational attainment has continued to rise, and competition in the job market has further intensified. Academic qualifications are gradually shifting from a “competitive barrier” to a “basic threshold.” At the same time, as the macroeconomy transitions toward high-quality development, fields related to new quality productive forces have become important drivers of employment growth. This is prompting companies to shift their hiring criteria from educational background alone toward a comprehensive match of professional capabilities, practical experience, and interdisciplinary competencies. Driven by both policy support and industrial upgrading, the job market is moving from a stage of “large-scale absorption” to one of “structural matching.”

 

Under the impact of AI technologies, the meaning of industry research capabilities is also being redefined. Generative AI is replacing some basic tasks such as information organization, text generation, and repetitive analysis, placing certain pressure on traditional entry-level analyst roles. By contrast, interdisciplinary talent with industry understanding, business judgment, logical analysis skills, and the ability to apply AI tools has a stronger competitive edge. As industry research capabilities are widely applied across finance, consulting, think tanks, corporate strategy, investment research, capital markets, and other scenarios, they are becoming an important bridge between industrial demand and talent development.
