On August 28th, the 19th Frost & Sullivan Global Growth, Innovation and Leadership Summit, as well as the 4th New Investment Conference (hereinafter referred to as '2025 Frost & Sullivan New Investment Conference'), sub-forum on AI Evolution Theory - Physical World Intelligent Systems, was held in Shanghai, hosted by Frost & Sullivan, a globally leading growth consulting firm.
At this forum, Wan Bin, Chief Operating Officer of Shanghai Qingleang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., shared a keynote speech titled "Industrialization Exploration and Practice of Embodied Intelligent Robots".

Wan Bin, Chief Operating Officer of Shanghai Qingleang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
The following are the key points of Wan Bin's speech:
Qinglang Intelligence's corporate development history and core strengths
Wan Bin stated that Qingleang Intelligence is one of the first commercial service robot companies in China to go global, owning 5 overseas subsidiaries and over 20 branches, with business covering more than 60 countries worldwide. It is one of the companies with the widest product coverage and the highest overseas shipments in the industry. The global commercial service robot market in 2024 continued the steady growth trend of recent years, with Qingleang Intelligence performing particularly outstandingly, accounting for a leading share of global shipments. At the same time, it maintains a leading advantage in the segments of global delivery service robots and global catering robots, ranking first globally. It is a leading enterprise in the industry with the most complete product line of embodied commercial service robots. Once launched, Qingleang Intelligence's humanoid embodied service robots XMAN-R1 and XMAN-F1 have attracted significant attention as representatives of China's top embodied intelligent achievements.
Regarding the development history of Qingleang Intelligence, Wan Bin shared that since the company's establishment in 2010, they have been continuously researching and developing robots, including the food delivery robot from 2015 to 2016, the mobile service robot in 2018, the distribution robot in 2019, the medical distribution robot and disinfection robot in 2020, the hotel robot W3 in 2021, the cleaning robot in 2024, and the XMAN series humanoid robot in 2025, officially kicking off the humanoid era.
Commercialization progress of robot service scenarios
Wan Bin pointed out that by 2030, global robots will reach a scale of 1,120 billion RMB with a compound growth rate of 20%, among which professional service robots will reach a scale of 630 billion RMB with the highest growth rate of 24.6%. By then, they will become the largest segment in the robot market.
Wan Bin introduced that Qingleang Intelligence has perfected its services through years of technical accumulation. The scenarios served by its service robots have covered all industries and formed a fully autonomous full-stack technology system: from situation awareness cognition, algorithm decision-making prediction to fine motion control. For example, based on perception datasets, multi-modal perception data is used for dense reconstruction in three-dimensional space, enabling re-perception of the cloud environment for training, which significantly reduces machine training costs. Alternatively, based on machine learning and model computation, machines can sense and distinguish the situation of the environment in unstructured scenarios, such as lighting environments, spatial layouts, obstacle identification, and other behaviors.
Qinglang Intelligence has also formed an industrialization implementation closed-loop of 'R&D - Manufacturing - Supply Chain'. Currently, Qinglang Intelligence's largest production and manufacturing factory is located in Jiangsu, positioned as a super manufacturing benchmark base for intelligent robots. As a pilot platform for Qinglang Intelligence's advanced manufacturing and innovation achievements, it undertakes more than half of the responsibility for industrializing and transforming production capacity and innovation results. This year, the production line will be further expanded and upgraded.
Industrialization of Humanoids and Embodied Intelligence
Wan Bin pointed out that Qingleang Intelligence has successively launched three XMAN series of embodied general-purpose robots in the past two years: XMAN-W3, XMAN-R1, and XMAN-F1. Their design concept is to truly serve people. The embodied intelligent series of robots develop from both the body and the brain, forming a large closed-loop of overall machine intelligence. However, due to the severe lack of real-world scenario data, the development of the large/brain in embodied intelligent robots has lagged behind, restricting the industrial implementation of embodied intelligence.
Qinglang Intelligent's embodied intelligent robots have industrialization advantages because the core of today's embodied intelligence is not just the body or algorithm, but the construction of a closed-loop physical world data system. In the future, the form of robots will be 'a large coexistence and collaboration of general-purpose and specialized robots'.
