On September 28th, Frost & Sullivan's (Frost & Sullivan, abbreviated as: Frost & Sullivan) second New Investment Expo and the 17th Frost & Sullivan Global Growth, Innovation & Leadership Summit (abbreviated as 'Frost & Sullivan New Investment Conference') Digital Economy Sub-forum was grandly held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Pudong, Shanghai.

 

The forum, themed 'Digital Economy and Industrial Integration: Industry-wide Transformation Accelerated by AI', invited 18 heavyweight guests and industry experts. It brought together industry leaders, experts, and investment institutions to focus on new investment and financing opportunities in the digital economy, and to jointly discuss the capital and industrial forces that enable enterprises to navigate through cycles.

At this forum, Shi Jian, Executive Deputy General Manager of Jiangsu Tongka Digital Technology Co., Ltd., delivered a keynote speech titled "Riding the Waves of the Digital Transformation Wave & Activating Digital Growth Power." During the speech, Shi Jian delved into the rapid development of digital economy consumption, the transformation of consumption patterns, and the digital trend of consumers.

 

 

 

I. Background of digital economy consumption

Shi Jian believes that the current period is a golden opportunity for the rapid development of digital economy consumption. The interconnectedness of people, machines, and objects at any time and place, the evolution of consumption patterns towards multi-scenario and multi-role models, and the shift in the focus of Chinese household consumption online are all major driving forces for the growth of China's digital economy. After 2023, 'people, goods, and places' will begin to give rise to new forms and capabilities of digital enterprises, gradually shifting from enterprise-centered to user-centered. Traditional economic consumption markets have issues such as delayed response times, regional limitations, traffic bottlenecks, and the inability to meet consumers' diverse needs, which also prompt enterprises to seek digitization.

 

II. Enterprises Entering the Digital Market

As the momentum of commercial digital development becomes increasingly strong, its trillion-level market scale is gradually taking shape. Shi Jian stated that enterprises can empower themselves through digital platforms such as agency operations, digital marketing, digital supply chains, merchant digitization, and e-commerce platform operations. Shi Jian also introduced in detail several digital platforms including his company's Fuli Circle platform, Shengyibao platform, digital rights platform, and industry solutions for life services, finance, and communications operations.

 

Regarding the future development layout of the enterprise, Shi Jian stated that they will expand the market in Hong Kong and Macau, plan to layout the Southeast Asian market, and collaborate with overseas Chinese and Chinese-funded enterprises to jointly develop new commercial digital consumption markets.
