This platform mainly utilizes various leading AI algorithms such as Hermite®, continuously strengthening the construction of new drug research and development technology platforms. At the same time, Fukang Pharmaceutical uses the Uni-Mol3D molecular pre-training model to model, generate, evaluate, and screen a series of scaffold molecules, obtaining a high-quality virtual compound library for specific targets and high-quality systems. Taking the H84 project as an example, with the support of AlDD technology, Fukang's Excellence Center's medicinal chemistry team synthesized less than 80 molecules from 2 lead compounds within half a year, obtaining targeted anti-tumor drugs with good pharmacological properties. Currently, the project has entered preclinical research. Thanks to the application of AIDD technology in lead compound optimization, research and development costs have been effectively saved. This is one of the important milestones in the implementation process of Fukang Pharmaceutical's Right 6D new drug research and development strategy combined with AI technology platforms.

 

The pipeline has a differentiated layout, covering multiple solid tumors and showing potential to become a blockbuster product.

Fukang Pharmaceutical is oriented towards developing products to meet unmet clinical medication needs in China and globally, forming a competitive portfolio of first-in-class and best-in-class anti-tumor research and development pipelines. It has a differentiated positioning in the selection of product pipeline indications, for example, when deploying the small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor CVL009, it focuses on potential indications for unapproved EGFR rare mutations in NSCLC; the PI3Kβ/δ dual inhibitor CVL237 is developed primarily for PTEN mutant solid tumors and BTK-resistant cases.
