For the atopic dermatitis indication, the New Drug Application (NDA) was submitted in April 2026 and accepted, with approval expected in 2027. The rheumatoid arthritis indication is expected to submit the NDA in the second half of 2026. In 2022, the company reached a commercialization agreement with Sinovac Pharmaceutical for LNK01001, with the latter responsible for the domestic promotion of the two indications of rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis.

Currently, LNK01006 (BLKR201) is undergoing Phase I clinical trials in the US. Additionally, the company has established the innovative LynkNova®protein degradation platform. Based on this platform, several innovative candidate drugs such as LNK009 (STAT6 PROTAC), LNK011 (VAV1 MGD), LNK013 (IRAK4 PROTAC), and LNK014 (NEK7 MGD) have been developed.
