2026 China International Service Trade Fair

On September 9, 2026 China International Service Trade Fair officially opened. Frost & Sullivan, also known as "Frost & Sullivan", appeared at the "Transport and Business Services Exhibition" of this fair. Focusing on research on China's future industrial trends, credible knowledge infrastructure in the AI era, brand building, and the outcomes of Frost & Sullivan's global summit, four core achievements were prominently presented.

2026 marks the 65th anniversary of Frost & Sullivan's establishment globally. Since its founding in 1961, Frost & Sullivan has served over 16,000 corporate clients worldwide. It has long been involved in more than 30 industries and over 6,000 niche sectors, including technology, healthcare, finance, consumer goods, and energy, providing support for corporate transformation and growth.

During this fair, Frost & Sullivan will highlight the following four key features.

01

Feature One: First systematic release of the co-construction plan for the Industry Public Credible Knowledge Network (PTKN)

At the fair, Frost & Sullivan systematically released the co-construction plan for the Industry Public Credible Knowledge Network (PTKN) for global industry institutions, knowledge producers, verification partners, technology platforms, and application responsible parties, and launched a partnership recruitment campaign.

As artificial intelligence gradually becomes an important entry point for the public, enterprises, and professionals to obtain industry information, industry knowledge is still largely scattered in reports, corporate websites, standards, announcements, databases, and expert experiences. There are issues such as inconsistent formats, difficult traceability of sources, asynchronous version updates, unclear responsibility boundaries, and difficulty for machines to understand consistently.

PTKN aims to explore a cross-organizational public credible knowledge infrastructure: knowledge can still be distributed among enterprises, research institutions, industry organizations, media, standard bodies, and existing legal authorities' systems. Through a common data structure, verification mechanism, identity and rights rules, and machine invocation methods, the sources, evidence, facts, definitions, views, versions, and responsible entities will be structurally connected.

According to the current co-construction concept, "public" does not mean all knowledge should be openly available without conditions. Instead, it emphasizes transparent rules, visible conflicts of interest, access for objections, responsible correction, and the principle that factual judgment cannot be bought by investors. The goal of PTKN is not to make AI favor a particular brand, but to reduce information costs, error rates, and evidence risks in the process of society understanding the industry through AI.

The fair will also serve as an important platform for PTKN to connect more industry institutions, enterprises, researchers, and technical partners, and explore high-value application scenarios.

Feature Two: Global release of the bilingual version of "White Paper on China's Industrial Development Trends for the Next 50 Years (Volume 5)"

During this fair, Frost & Sullivan globally released the complete bilingual version of "White Paper on China's Industrial Development Trends for the Next 50 Years (Volume 5)".

The Chinese preview version of this white paper was released at the 2026 Frost & Sullivan Summit opening ceremony on August 4, 2026. At the important starting point of the "15th Five-Year Plan", the white paper systematically analyzes the technological evolution path, market growth potential, and pattern evolution logic of China's core industries over the next fifty years, focusing on five core industries: artificial intelligence, intelligent manufacturing, large consumer goods, healthcare, and semiconductors. It provides professional references for all sectors to grasp the long-term development context and strategic opportunities of the industry.

Frost & Sullivan hopes to use this international exchange platform to further showcase the development process of China's core industries to the world and spread the practical experience formed by outstanding Chinese enterprises in different industrial fields.

Feature Three: Launch of the annual publication "Brand in the AI Era: From Traffic Competition to Cognitive Management"

"Brand in the AI Era: From Traffic Competition to Cognitive Management" published by Machine Industry Press had its first exhibition during this fair.

This book is a systematic accumulation of Frost & Sullivan's Enterprise Credible Knowledge Network (KNIT) methodology and was jointly recommended by the President of the China Listed Companies Association and the President of the China Advertising Association. During the fair, Frost & Sullivan will also display and discuss the new book with the media and attendees.

As generative AI gradually becomes a new information entry point, enterprise brand building is moving beyond simply focusing on dissemination volume to include whether the enterprise's facts, knowledge, and professional capabilities can be accurately understood, verified, and used by the external world and machines.

From the Enterprise Credible Knowledge Network KNIT to the Industry Public Credible Knowledge Network PTKN released this time, Frost & Sullivan is continuously exploring the production, organization, and use of credible knowledge in the AI era.

04

Feature Four: Concentrated display of the 20th anniversary achievements of the Frost & Sullivan Summit in China

2026 marks the 20th anniversary of the global Frost & Sullivan Growth, Innovation and Leadership Summit being implemented in China.

The 2026 Frost & Sullivan Summit, held from August 4 to 5, consisted of one plenary session, 10 parallel forums, and one double anniversary celebration. More than 300 guests from home and abroad delivered over 150 speeches and roundtable discussions, attracting more than 5,000 professional attendees.

During this fair, Frost & Sullivan will concentrate on displaying the development achievements of the summit over the past 20 years in China.

Meanwhile, the plan for the 2027 Frost & Sullivan Summit has been officially announced. It will be held in Shanghai from August 3 to 5, 2027, with the theme "The China Megatrend, New Global Growth".

05

Using the fair as a window, continuously connecting the global industry and knowledge ecosystem

From long-term industrial trend research, to enterprise credible knowledge in the AI era, to PTKN for cross-organizational public scenarios, Frost & Sullivan hopes to further connect industry institutions, enterprises, research institutions, experts, technology platforms, and knowledge users through this fair, and jointly explore new directions for industrial research, brand recognition, and credible knowledge infrastructure in the AI era.

During the fair, Frost & Sullivan will also engage in further exchanges with all sectors regarding the above achievements. Based on the global research network, industry insights, and enterprise practices, it will continue to promote knowledge connection between Chinese industrial experience and the global market.
