Facing the common challenge of insufficient clinical evidence in the anti-aging field, Zhenao Group has defined a long-term research direction based on evidence-based medicine. Publicly published research data show that in a 19-week exogenous 5'-nucleotide intervention trial involving 121 subjects aged 60 to 70, compared with the placebo group, the 5'-nucleotide intervention group had a significantly reduced median DNA methylation age of 3.08 years by week 19; for thesubgroup analysisfurther showed that the median DNA methylation age of the 5'-nucleotide intervention group in the high uric acid genetic risk group was significantly reduced by 5.10 years compared with the control group.

According to Zhenao Group, a series of research results related to this intervention strategy have been published in international academic journals such as 'Advanced Science' and 'Aging Cell', including 48 professional academic papers (30 of which are included in SCI) and 17 domestic and international invention patents.
