Mr. Jacky Yang

Mr. Yang is a Senior Partner and Managing Director at Frost & Sullivan. With nearly 20 years of experience in capital market services, he specializes in providing clients with investment and financing consulting, valuation and financial advisory services. He has led and participated in dozens of domestic and overseas IPOs, mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining Frost & Sullivan, Mr. Yang worked at BOC International Securities Co., Ltd. and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited.

Mr. Yang holds a Master of Finance degree from Imperial College London Business School in the UK and a Bachelor of Applied Mathematics degree from Imperial College London.

Mr. Yang has held various social positions, including a professor of industry-education integration and industrial practice at the SME Development Promotion Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, an off-campus innovation and entrepreneurship mentor at Sichuan University, an innovation and entrepreneurship mentor at Shanghai University, a judge for national-level 'Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation' competitions, and a specially invited 'Innovation and Entrepreneurship' mentor for the Tianjin Satellite TV program 'No One But You'.
