Mr. Lu is the Business Managing Partner and Managing Director of Frost & Sullivan, with over 15 years of experience in IPO industry consulting, management consulting and strategic consulting.

Mr. Lu primarily tracks the development, technological trends and market performances of diversified sectors on both Global and China basis, such as high-end manufacturing, AI and industrial application, cutting-edge technology, smart energy & ESG, consumer goods, new media & internet, etc.

Leveraging his deep understanding of China’s unique economic environment and industry pattern, Mr. Lu enables clients to analyze markets from various approaches and empowers them to identify new growth opportunities. Meanwhile, Mr. Lu has extensive experience in management consulting, and is responsible for the operation multiple business lines of Frost & Sullivan China, such as IPO industry consultancy, market entry analysis, market expansion analysis, industry benchmarking analysis and due diligence projects. He also specializes in strategic planning, organizational structure design, business process optimization, human resource planning and financial consulting.

Mr. Lu holds an International MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from Nanjing University. Prior to joining Frost & Sullivan, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (Consulting) and Ernst & Young (Consulting).
