According to public information, "Lefuyneng" is the first National Class 1 new drug approved in Shandong Province over the years, and also the first National Class 1 new drug approved in Qingdao. This drug represents another category of medication for treating hepatitis B, distinct from nucleoside antiviral drugs and human interferon medications. Clinical data show that after approximately one year of treatment with traditional nucleoside analogs or interferon therapy, about 30% of patients can achieve suppression of hepatitis B virus replication; whereas "Lefuyneng" demonstrated about 30%, 40%, and 50% efficacy at the 3-month, 6-month, and 9-month treatment milestones, respectively. After testing and verification by the National Institute for Pharmaceutical Products, Lefuyneng shows significantly improved anti-tumor activity compared to similar protein drugs, and also demonstrates certain advantages in antiviral activity. In 2009, "Lefuyneng" was included by the Ministry of Science and Technology in the national "Major New Drug Development" program.

After years of research and development, Jiehua Biology has established two core technology platforms with independent intellectual property rights: "Genetically Modified High-Activity Proteins" and "Long-Lasting Proteins".
