The new energy motor controller serves as the core decision-making and power conversion component of the new energy electric drive system. Based on power electronic conversion technologies and motor control algorithms, it inverts the high-voltage direct current supplied by the power battery into variable-frequency and variable-voltage three-phase alternating current to precisely regulate the rotational speed, torque and energy feedback of the drive motor. It balances vehicle power performance and economy through vector control, field weakening control and regenerative braking energy recovery strategies. As a critical hub connecting the power battery and drive motor, it also undertakes real-time information interaction with the vehicle control unit (VCU) and battery management system (BMS). It needs to meet automotive-grade requirements for high reliability, high power density and thermal management under complex operating conditions.
