On the afternoon of July 9, 2024, the 2024 China Internet Conference —— Computing Power Internet and Intelligent Computing Development Forum was held at the Beijing National Convention Center. The forum was organized by the Computing Network Cloud Collaborative System Working Committee of the China Internet Association and focused on in-depth discussions on the latest trends, technical challenges, and solutions in the development of computing power internet and intelligent computing. At this forum, government leaders, industry experts, scholars, and corporate representatives gathered together to discuss the development of computing power internet and intelligent computing industries in the context of the digital era, jointly promote close cooperation and exchanges among industry, academia, research, and application, and drive innovation and development in computing power internet and intelligent computing technologies.
To connect the upstream and downstream of the intelligent computing industry chain and further promote the innovative and collaborative development of China's intelligent computing cloud ecosystem,Frost & Sullivan (Frost & Sullivan, abbreviated as 'Frost & Sullivan') has officially launched the research work on 'The Influence Matrix of Intelligent Computing Cloud Ecosystems' in collaboration with the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology.
On the forum, Wang Chenhui, Partner-in-Chief and President of Frost & Sullivan Greater China, and Ma Fei, Director of Cloud Computing at the Cloud Computing and Big Data Research Institute of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, jointly launched the Smart Computing Cloud Ecosystem Influence Matrix. The matrix will provide strategic references and a rapid understanding of service provider capabilities for enterprises involved in the construction of the smart computing cloud industry ecosystem.
The AI Cloud Ecosystem Influence Matrix has been officially launched.
Matrix Introduction
01 Matrix positioning
The 'Intelligent Computing Cloud Ecosystem Influence Matrix' is primarily aimed at enterprises in the upstream, midstream, and downstream of the intelligent computing cloud industry chain, including but not limited to chip, server, and basic software providers, as well as large model intelligent computing cloud platforms, cloud services, and cloud application suppliers. Through a series of dimensions and indicators, it comprehensively evaluates the influence of each component within the intelligent computing cloud ecosystem, clarifies the leading service provider positions in both comprehensive and segmented tracks, assists enterprises and users in product selection based on the matrix diagram, provides decision-makers with a comprehensive perspective on the intelligent computing cloud ecosystem, helps identify key participants, understand competitive landscape, and grasp market trends.

02 Matrix framework
The 'Intelligent Computing Cloud Ecosystem Influence Matrix' will adopt a multi-dimensional and multi-level capability evaluation method, focusing on the capabilities of intelligent computing cloud service providers. It is generally divided into three dimensions: technical capabilities, market performance, and strategic layout. Each dimension will be further subdivided into multiple secondary and tertiary indicators. Through quantifiable measurement standards, each participating service provider will be evaluated based on the indicators of each dimension. Ultimately, roles will be assigned according to the scores to determine the positioning of the service provider, such as industry strategic leader, technical service leader, application service pioneer, etc.

03 Matrix deliverables
After completing the matrix compilation, Frost & Sullivan and China ITCC will deliver results to participating manufacturers in a 1+N+1 model. The deliverables include:
1 comprehensive matrix 3D panorama:A comprehensive ranking of service providers' supply capabilities for all participating matrices is presented.
N Sub-Segment Competency Track Rankings:Analyze the influence model of the intelligent computing cloud ecosystem for each supplier, and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of each capability sub-item.
1 Custom panoramic observation report:The 'Intelligent Computing Cloud Ecosystem Impact Matrix Report' is compiled to provide a customized interpretation of the participating vendors, as well as an analysis of the key value drivers of each leading service provider's cloud service capabilities. It also offers trend predictions based on the development of the intelligent computing cloud market.

Participatory matrix research approach
01 Participation Method
Matrix research will be conducted through batch continuous iteration. The first solicitation period is from now until July 31, 2024.We sincerely invite enterprises and organizations related to the AI cloud ecosystem to participate. For interested units and organizationsScan the QR code below to register., welcome to consult.
02 Selection Rules
Based on the principles of independence, impartiality and objectivity of research content, Frost & Sullivan and the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology conducted evaluations of cloud service providers participating in the survey by following a multi-domain value impact assessment system. They summarized the survey results and analyzed and output them.
