The finals of the 2nd National College Students' Future-Industry Prediction Competition were successfully held!

The competition lasted for 2 months and covered 751 universities and more than 2,100 seed teams. After going through stages such as preliminary rounds and semi-finals, 10 elite teams from around the world gathered together. Through carefully prepared group roadshows, they demonstrated their unique insights and in-depth analysis into future industry development. Each team won high recognition from the audience and judges with their unique creativity and solid professional knowledge.

Wang Chenhui, Managing Partner and President of Frost & Sullivan Greater China, and Co-founder and President of LeadLeo, emphasized that the original intention of the competition is to transform industry research into a core competitiveness for students, enabling them to develop comprehensively like hexagonal warriors and stand out in the face of any challenge. He pointed out that the competition integrates more AI technology through a rapid iterative system and format, aiming to accelerate the learning process, promote the sharing and innovation of knowledge and experience, and provide a new platform for young researchers to enhance their capabilities.

Zhang Tao, General Manager of the Finance Department at Gaodun Education for College Students, fully agrees with this view. He believes that the competition is not only an exercise in hard skills such as report writing, model prediction, and business writing, but also a cultivation of soft skills such as logical thinking, business acumen, and public speaking abilities. Zhang Tao emphasizes that this platform provides valuable practical opportunities for participants, helping them grow in the fierce competition while also gaining precious friendships and valuable life experiences.

Cao Neng, Director of the Career Development Center at Fudan University School of Management, starts from the perspective of career development and proposes that in today's increasingly advanced AI technology era, a person's core competitiveness lies in self-awareness and continuous passion. Director Cao encourages students to first discover and cultivate their interests, transform them into professional skills, and ultimately continuously expand their boundaries in their long-term careers. He firmly believes that AI technology will make everyone a 'super individual', providing a broader space for learning and development. He hopes that everyone can learn from even failures and achieve growth.

The judging panel for this finals consists of several senior professionals, including Zhang Jian, Partner and Managing Director of Frost & Sullivan Greater China, Han Xiaochen, Executive General Manager of Zhongtai Securities, Zhang Xinyan, Founder and CEO of HuiPerData, Zhang Xuejiang, Director of the Manufacturing Management Project at NIO, Zou Zhenjie, a reporter/editor at CBN (China Business News), and Fu Yunchuan, Research Director of the Asset Management Department at Western Securities.

In the final, a project roadshow session is conducted, followed by scoring by professional judges. The highest and lowest scores are removed, and the average score is taken as the group's final score. Teams are ranked based on their final scores to determine the ultimate winner.

Subsequently, 10 participating teams made their appearances one after another, showcasing their talents and engaging in a fierce roadshow competition. Multiple detailed and rigorous research reports and creative research projects demonstrated the participating teams' spirit of continuous breakthroughs and innovation under the professional guidance of the competition team's research professionals.

After the competition, the judges expressed their opinions freely and provided professional guidance and rigorous evaluation of the roadshow projects. They offered important references and improvement suggestions to the participating teams. In the end, Wang Chenhui and Zou Zhenjie, on behalf of the judging panel, summarized and commented on the performance of all participating teams.

Based on the comprehensive scoring and the collective decision of the judges, the final scores of the 10 participating teams were officially announced. At the end of the event, Zhang Jian, Cao Neng, Han Xiaochen, Zhang Xuejiang, and Fu Yunchuan presented the awards for champion, runner-up, third place, 'Most Innovative', and 'Best Popularity' to the winning teams respectively.

As a research competition targeting college students nationwide, this event not only provides a platform for participants to showcase their talents but also offers them an opportunity to exchange ideas and learn from industry experts and peers. Through the competition, participants have not only honed their analytical skills and teamwork abilities but also deepened their understanding of future industry development trends.
